Description:
I worked as the sole architect on this 6-level family house situated on a limestone hill and partially carved into the rock located in the centre of the mediaeval town of Casperia. The house, of ancient origins, towers over the Sabina valley over several levels. The property was divided into two houses and the portion of the building affected by the refurbishment had been used for centuries as stables and food warehouses. It even had a hidden water tank reservoir. The building, owned by the same family for centuries, has been converted into their country house for the joy of the almost 100-year-old matron, her daughters, and her beloved grandchildren.
