Complete refurbishment of a Victorian flat in Chelsea, SW3.

The flat had been previously acquired and developed in the mid-nineties and was in need of extensive work. In particular, the intervention aimed at: bringing back love, character, design and harmony in a rather neglected property and upgrading the property’s efficiency and sustainability - new windows, electrical wiring, plumbing and materials were installed throughout.

The final effect was to rationalise the layout and bring to the fore all of the flat’s beautiful existing features.
