HIGH-END ARCHITECTURE INTERIOR DESIGN
I worked on many high-end residential projects as a sole architect including the renovation of a stunning penthouse on split levels with 360° panoramic terraces over the spectacular historic centre of Rome, which became a trophy-asset for the family's portfolio and was published in architectural magazines.
RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT
Total refurbishment and redevelopment of two 20th-century buildings near Rome's Colosseum. Mixed-use.
Overall 4,000 sqm of prime location in the Historic Centre of Rome, the project included 25 apartments, 5 shops, and 1 garage.
The project turned into a very successful commercial operation and became a benchmark in the promotion of the requalification of the entire area.
COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT
Refurbished and Revamped a 1975 reinforced-concrete high-rise office building in Roma EUR.
Originally designed by the architect Attilio Lapadula in 1974, was in urgent need of a renovation which addressed sustainability, energy efficiency, and building standards .
I redesigned all the facades and windows improving the look windows, and communal areas.
Pre-renovation at 30% capacity, post-renovation achieved full occupancy, generating over €2M annually, with a €25M valuation.
